This is an old school pizza joint in a Metry strip mall that has been around awhile and is many folks favorite. I've been coming here my entire life! They've always been consistent- never disappoints! Try the Italian Toss & Tower Special with green and black olives More I've been coming to this restaurant for 40 years and have never been dissatisfied. ![]() I'm glad I got to try this place, but I doubt I'll be back.This is one of the best pizzas in the area. ![]() For example, there's another local place- Theo's Pizza, right across the street and they have better prices and more options. This spot is a Metairie classic, but there are better options out there. They were generous with the cheese and I did like how big the mushrooms are. I didn't really like that the pepperoni was under the cheese, so it didn't have a chance to crisp up in the oven. The pizza was good, but was it $22 good? No. We ordered the Tower Special, which came topped with sausage, pepperoni, onions, green peppers and mushrooms. How hard would it be to just have some canned tea in the fridge for people who want it? There's no bread or anything like that, which we found kind of odd and they also didn't have tea on the menu. The menu is pretty basic: you got pizza, salad and spaghetti. tables and chairs and a window looking into the kitchen. The place is about as basic as a pizza parlor gets: it's located in a strip mall and it's a "seat yourself" place with. I had heard raves about this spot from pizza lovers, so David and I decided to check it out for dinner.
